Basic footwork 2 : six point footwork-footwork for moving left and right
Hello everyone. I'm Coach Zhou.
Today I want to teach everyone the basic footwork to move left and right. In doubles, moving right and left is usually done when covering while, in singles, it is usually done when playing shots from the left and right of the centre of the court.
